  Nice location and relatively less crowded than many other places at MB. I think having to sign a rental agreement is the only negative aspect. We stayed there a few times pre-pandemic before that was necessary, but now it's a requirement.

  We enjoyed staying at the Arcadia and appreciated the added bonus of on-site security in the building. Communication with the management company was stellar. The condo was well equipped but could have used a deep clean particularly in the bathrooms and bedrooms.

  The unit we rented, 3B was the nicest unit out of all the units I have stayed at over the years. Beautiful furnishings, colorful and tasteful wall hangings. Master bedroom had plenty of drawers and closet space. We always love the view of the beach, so the porch comfortable furniture was a plus.

  We love staying at the Arcadian! We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was with everything I needed to feel like I was staying “ in my home away from home”. The decor has a beach feel and being on the third floor so close to the ocean is breathtaking! The management team in the office and building are very attentive and friendly. We had problems with the sweeper and within two hours a brand new sweeper was provided. The owner of the condo evidently wants to ensure guests have everything they need during their stay. This is our second time to stay in October. We would love to return again!!
