  This is a good property in a great location; however, this particular unit needs renovations. The bathrooms have particle board cabinets. The bottom of one cabinet was rotted with black mold. The lights in the master bath flickered like strobe lights. There was a bare bulb light over the kitchen sink. With the rusted sliding glass door and the peeling paint on the front door, it was shabby without the chic.

  We were looking for a condo with a great view. The view did not disappoint, but the condition of the property needed some serious updating. Overall it was okay, but with some updates it could have aligned with the price more.

  Beautifully furnished and very clean! We have stayed at the Arcadian I and II several times now, and this is definitely one of the nicer units. Little boxes of amenities (dish soap, scrubbie, dishwasher tablets, etc. for the kitchen, shampoo, soap, makeup wipe, etc., for the bathroom) were placed in the kitchen and each bathroom, which was a really nice touch. The dishwasher was old and the electrical buttons to turn it on did not work during our stay, but we reported it, so hopefully that will be resolved for future guests. (Families staying here who will really need a dishwasher might want to check with the unit management before renting to make sure it has been replaced/repaired. We did not report it until we left, because we were only there for a few days and didn’t want to be bothered with maintenance or replacement crews, but, based on the excellent condition of the property, I’m sure they took care of it right away upon our departure).
  We really enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend this property. The check-in/out process is incredibly simple, and there is a security guard on location around the clock. The pool was impeccably maintained, as was the lobby and all other common areas. We rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach through the municipality (you rent them through the lifeguards), and there were many problems with them not showing up to put them up until late in the morning - one day they didn’t put ours up at all! But that was due to staffing issues with the municipality beach staff (apparently people kept quitting without notice), and it had nothing to do with the property, itself). Still, those rentals are extremely expensive, so you might want to think twice about getting them. The beach chairs themselves are really old and wooden and in terrible condition (almost falling apart). Again - I think that is run entirely through the municipality and is not the responsibility of the Arcadian I, but just

  I'll will not rental this condo again. There was not enough dishes: 4 plates, 4 glasses, ... and we were 5!
  The light in both bathroom was not fonctionning. We have to take ower cell to give us some light! We told that ti the management, but they can not do nothing because the neon mechanism was defective.

  Unit 8E is in need of upgrade. very old refrigerator with un-operable ice maker. Needs 2 more chairs for dining table and or stools for breakfast bar. Comforters on Beds not cleaned in a long time. Main blinds on ocean front deck in operable and missing slats. Beautiful view. Can't get any closer to Beach. Priced according to its current condition.

    Thank you for your honest feedback of the unit. The owner is currently working on updating many things in this unit. The carpet has been replaced with LVP, a new refrigerator is being installed, and more! The owner is also purchasing new bedding for the unit, but I can assure you all comforters are laundered on a regular basis.   Excellent location. The unit needs a deep clean inside. The kitchen area, fridge, closet area all need deep cleaning. The carpet area and ceiling need more deep cleaning!!!. The unit is situated in an excellent location and if you are able to stay outside and don't use kitchen ....its a good one

  This unit is very spacious, nice large balcony with great view. Could be a great unit, but it is in desperate need of a good deep clean. Carpet was extremely dirty as well as living and dining room furniture. Bathrooms were fairly clean and clean sheets on bed. Mattress is very stained and kitchen could use updated appliances. Dirty dishes were left in dishwasher. Like I said, this unit could be great, but needs much work.

  Every thing was good and we had a great time. We all would suggest that the owner get rid of all that big furniture and get something smaller. Going into the master bed room, kept bumping into tv stand, it would be much better, to free space up. Smaller TV stand in den for example. Had to move picture (we did put it back) in kitchen when you open the frig door, it keep bumping into picture. The big plant is nice to look at, but takes up too much room. As for the staff they were great. Plug in socket in master bathroom, plug keeps falling out and there was another one, but don't remember which one it was. This will do for the rest of questions.
