  We had an absolute blast at this condo! The building is right on the ocean so beach days were easy & convenient. Centrally located, we had our choice of restaurants to eat at and golf courses to play. This unit is high enough to give an incredible panoramic view of the beach. The condo was comfortable and spacious, did not feel as though it was rented heavily. We look forward to staying here again!

  We loved staying in this condo unit in Arcadian One! It was very spacious, and as a family of 3, we had plenty of room to spread out. The decor was very beachy and light, but the condo was still very homey and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the hardwood floors in the unit - they were easy to clean as we obviously would track in sand from the beach. The bathroom vanities looked new and were very nice! The building itself was very nice, and we felt secure in the evenings since there is a security guard in the lobby. We would definitely recommend a stay here to friends and family!

  The unit had a great view of the ocean. It needs a lot of renovation. The sliding doors were hard to open as corroded. The dishwasher did not really wash the dishes completely. The living room couches need replacing as the cushions would come out on the bottom. One twin bed was really bad. The stove needs replacing as the oven was dirty.

    Thank you for choosing Arcadian 1 11D for your stay, we are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Unit 11D had never been on the rental program before this and the new owners have been busy renovating and improving the unit. They had just put in new flooring throughout the unit, and new vanities in the bathroom. They have plans to remodel the kitchen and replace all of the windows and sliding glass doors before the 2022 rental season begins. Covid 19 has made this remodel a slow process, but it is being done as quickly as possible. We hope that you will give this unit another shot!!
