  This condo is great! Beautifully redecorated. It was so clean and welcoming when we arrived. The little care package boxes were a nice touch. We would definitely stay in this unit again! The only issue wasn't with the condo itself. The washing machine in both the 1st and 2nd floors were broken. Luckily, we had family with a condo that had a washing machine we could use.

  We've been coming to the Arcadian every year since they opened. This is our second time renting 1E. We had never thought about staying on the lower floors, but after we gave it a try, we loved it! We were concerned about possible noise, but there really isn't any. It overlooks the grassy area, not the pool. We will request this one again and again!

  We've been staying at the Arcadian for many years, but have never stayed on the first floor before. We've always avoided it because we've been concerned about possible noise. There was none! This unit is overlooking the grassy area, not the pool, which for us was a plus. The unit is nicely decorated and very well equipped. Being this low also gave us a whole new perspective on the ocean view. We loved it and would definitely request this unit again!

  I have been coming to the same location for 54 years this is the first time with Arcadian one and I loved it
  the only thing I would change is the floor, I would like to be higher up..... The unit was not cleaned good before we arrived and it was late checking in. We clean our units when we arrive and when we leave ( a little OCD ) The office people where great

  Had a great time. Weather great. Condo very nice. Only drawback - tv,s need instruction sheets. As an older renter could not figure out remotes could not watch live tv was disappointed with that. Pool and beach not crowed.
