  This unit was updated and on the top floor. It had a great view. I also enjoyed the fact that these condos are right on the beach. There is a great grilling area down by the pool too!

  Truly enjoyable. As snowbirds, this is our 22nd year visiting Myrtle Beach. We've rented and owned and now renting again, which is working out extremely well as my wife loves the water and there could not be a better building/location than Acadian
  One. Our unit is just perfect for us. It's so impressive how the maintenance personnel keep the grounds and building so spectacular, keeping in mind the building is probably 35 plus years old. We have zero to complain about. Also, a shout-out to the owners who have simply been wonderful.
