  We have stayed in Arcadian I and II for quite a few years, but this was our first time in PHF! The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed! Loved the walk-in shower in the master and the electronically controlled shades and blinds! Wanted to book this unit again for next year, but it was not available the week we needed.

  Going to Arcadian One for nearly 30 years. LOVE the location. PHF needs new bedding (comforters and bed skirts frayed, ripped and dirty), updated living room furniture (dirty and mismatched), and more regular drinking glasses (overkill of alcohol stemware). Booked as a "luxury" unit, it is far room that (only plus was washer/dryer in unit). Maintenance staff is great and grounds are always immaculate. AC broke at 9:30PM and they had outside vendor there by 10PM to repair it. Office staff are very responsive and patient.

  I selected this unit as we had stayed in this unit before.And I still like the unit although it needs some tender loving care. Although I love the furniture, some of it needs cleaning or recovered.
  There was dog hair on the bedspreads, The exhaust fans need to be cleaned. And to be perfectly honest the entire condo needs a good cleaning. Having said all of this, I would still stay in this unit. Love the view and location. The customer service was done by the Ladies in the office. These ladies are so so friendly and helpful, even printing a map to reach the airport. And Mike and Shelly were always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for taking care of me.Although we had to follow the COVID-19 rules, we still had a nice visit and will return to this unit, 17PH, Arcadian 1 for the month of March 2021. And the property is well kept, flowers, painting, repairing porch rails, sealing walkways always keeping the outside and property up scaled.
