  Arcadian One is a great property. It is nice and quiet/private and we have stayed in different condos for many years. Do not stay in 15D! The condo has never been updated. It has popcorn ceilings that are peeling and hanging down, a microwave that has its door handle glued on, both shower heads do not work properly and the water pressure is horrible. Light fixtures don’t work and there is a mold problem. The bathroom sinks are so low that you really have to bend down to use them. There are beautiful units at Arcadian One....book a better one.

  The condo was so much wet! It doesn't swell good.

    We apologize for the issues that you encountered. The dishwasher and faucet have been replaced, we apologize that it took time to come in and get resolved. We have requested the owner replace the older light in the bathroom as it needs switched on twice to get it working. We are an Oceanfront Condominium, and the units can encounter humidity especially if sliders are left open, hopefully the dehumidifier helped with that issue. We hope that you were satisfied with the compensation you received for the inconveniences.

  This was our first time at Arcadian 1, we usually stay in the other building.15D is very nice,clean and has a great view. It is very homie and you can tell that the owners really take pride in it. It's a little dated but it's at the beach. The building itself is kept up very nicely. Nice kitchen area around the pool and very nice tables to eat at. I would definitely recommend this property as well as 15D itself. Arcadian Shores is our favorite and would never stay anywhere else.

  Arcadian One is now my favorite place to stay at the beach. My husband and I were married just on the beach in front of Arcadian One is was beautiful. I loved our condo very spacious and the staff were very friendly and nice. Our last night we used the grills at the bottom we absolutely loved everything about Arcadian One we will definitely be staying again

    As you know, your REFUND was processed on 8/6/2021 in the amount of $277.82. In my experience you should allow 7 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS (depending on your credit card processor) for the refund to reflect. With today being August 12th, only 4 business days have passed.
