  We stayed at the Arcadian Property for 1 month. We had a beautiful 16th floor condo that overlooked the Ocean. While it could use some updating- overall it was perfect for us. Clean and nicely decorated. Our only issue was the downstairs condo, where the occupants smoked constantly. I feel a property listed as no smoking, should include the balcony.
  I cannot say enough good things about the staff. We are seniors and had a couple of personal issues. The staff (Casey and Jamie) helped us out in a very professional snd friendly manner. Thank you so much. The maintenance and security staff were also very professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

  Enjoyed the stay, it was clean and comfortable. There were a few things that need to be worked on; couldn’t get garbage disposal to work, the overhead light fixture in kitchen was sagging a little and there wasn’t a spatula to fry eggs or meat. The TV problem was fixed temporarily thankfully. The decor was a little outside my taste, palm trees in living area 😳. But cute in other ways. It would be helpful to have a permanent book giving directions for how to use the remotes and any other things that might be new or different to others. Just a suggestion.
  We love staying at the Arcadian 1 anytime we can.

  Office replaced malfunctioning appliance immediately.
  Unit was nicely furnished, minor plumbing problem occurred during stay , was offered another unit but since issue did not impact our stay we chose to remain. Once plumbing issue in main bathroom resolved should be fine.

  I checked in one day after hurricane Ian. The building maintenance made quick work of the clean up. My condo was clean and the staff was excellent as always. I have stayed in this building many times and will continue in the future. This trip I traveled alone and this building always feels safe. Every condo has the perfect ocean front view. And is always less crowded then most other places.

  This unit has a wonderful view and the beach is easily accessible. Pool is nice. The unit itself is nicely decorated but could use some updates and a thorough cleaning. The front door was having a hard time closing allowing warm air in all the time. The enclosed balcony is good for kids.

  Let me start by expressing how much we loved the physical location of this condo! Unfortunately, the condo itself, did nothing to live up to the photos! This condo is very dated and full of mold. Please listen to the reviews on this place. My family and I enjoyed our vacation, however, this condo was disappointing. The windows in the main bedroom are full of mold, FULL! There are paper towels placed on the window seal to catch the moisture but it doesn’t hide the mold! The bathrooms are very dated and lacks hot water. There is also mold on the ceiling in the shower. There is a very strong smell as soon as you walk through the door. The door isn’t as secure as we would have hoped, it appears very old and rusty. The carpet is decent. The balcony is the best thing this condo has to offer! I will never stay in this condo again. For what they charge you can definitely get something better.

  Our family has stayed at the Arcadians for 26 years. Our stay in 16 C left much to be desired though. The only plates were plastic and kitchen utensils were minimal. The TV in the bedroom was not operable. It was clean And we still prefer Arcadian over others we have stayed in.

We were glad that we were able to send maintenance up to get the bedroom tv rebooted and working. We will look into the issues you found with the dishes and silverware and address them as needed.
