  We had a wonderful stay; the unit was very nice.
  
  The only negative was the washer and dryer issues.
  The washer did not work on the 15th. Floor so we went to the PH Floor. The washer worked on the PH Floor, but the dryer would not work. So we had to take our wet clothes back down to the 15th Floor where the dryer did work.

  This place turned our vacation around When we came down to Myrtle in august of 2022. We started off at a different hotel and it was a nightmare. We only stayed one night. The next morning We called the Arcadian first thing when they opened. They were so helpful and quick to accommodate us. The condo that we stayed in was very clean and big enough for my family. We had such a great time, the pool was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

  We enjoyed our stay very much! Very friendly, property is very clean and inviting! The pool area is very nice, not overly crowded. Landscaping is very pretty and walk to beach area very nice as well! Our room was just as deceived. There was an oder In the room a day or 2 but we bought some air freshener and it took care of that. Not sure if was due to the rainy week then it would get hot and muggy, but it wasn’t a huge deal.
  We enjoyed that there was multiple seating in the living room area and also the balcony was my favorite! It had a full patio table and chairs, with extra chair and foot stool. It was nice to sit on in the morning and evening with extra room! We loved that it was off the best and path, and secluded from the noisy strip, as this was our first time staying this far North. It was also nice that the parking area was covered and your car stayed shaded and out of the heat. We loved it!

  We've been coming to this Condo for decades. We love the beach , the pool the gardens the tennis court.

    We apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay in unit 15A. While 15A has not been 100% renovated, the new owners have been updating items as they can when they visit. This particular unit has had updated sliders, updated HVAC, updated flooring, new bedding and some new furniture as well. I see that you rated cleanliness and services from rental manager a 4 and 3, but I am unsure as of why. When you stopped into the office to discuss future bookings you stated the unit was clean and didn't request any services. If there is something we could have done better, please feel free to give us a call so we can be sure to improve and earn that 5 star review we always strive for. We hope you will give us another shot in the future.

  # adults and one child enjoyed our weeks stay/ Building was very clean, employees were very friendly and efficient. Garbage disposal was leaking and they fixed the day after it was reported. only complaint would be the mattresses on the twin size beds. The were covered in plastic and besides being very uncomfortable they made loud noise every time someone moved. Would suggest these mattresses be replaced. Also, coffee machine did not turn off automatically, would replace it as well. Otherwise it was great.
