  The unit was very clean and well supplied. The bedrooms were a bit odd in layout but it all worked out. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially the security who recognized us and buzzed us in during our stay.   The staff at Arcadian One alerted us of a storm water situation in 12E. Although the first two days had fans and dehumidifiers running to dry out the carpet, our overall experience was very pleasant. The unit is updated and well maintained. The Arcadian staff is always friendly and helpful. The beach at The Arcadian is wide and uncrowded. We look forward to returning to the Arcadian again in a couple of weeks.

  We loved the view, the comfy couch, the beds, the location and the quiet venue. The checkin was easy and painless and the staff at the front office were really nice. The place was really great except for the super damp carpet and the damaged ceiling near the sliding glass door. Not sure if there was a flood in the condo or what.... if it wasn't for these 2 items, we would have given it 5 stars.

  Overall we had a very pleasant experience at your location. If i had to make any comments it would be about the construction that went on for a couple days during our stay. I had previously asked if there would be any during out visit. It was very loud and started very earlier in the morning and some of my family was sleeping. The room was beautiful along with the room. The beds could have been more comfortable they were a bit hard.
